For frame orders, we charge depending on the size/weight/distance to travel for each order and is calculated at checkout.

We take care of everything from transport to placement for the pods.

The frames are delivered in a flat pack format and require assembly. Instructions are included.

For Pods:

• Professional HiAB or crane lift into your garden or designated area — including lifts over houses or buildings if required
• Placement and positioning according to your instructions.
• Access and logistics check prior to delivery to ensure a smooth installation.

All lifting and placement are fully insured through the professional lifting company we hire. Our team works only with licensed, experienced contractors who handle each pod with precision and care.

In some cases, additional costs may apply if:

• The property has restricted or complex access requiring special lifting equipment or extended reach
• Delivery is to a remote area outside our standard coverage
• Extended waiting times or site delays occur on the day of delivery

Any such fees will always be confirmed in advance, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

We also offer on-site installation and setup services, including:

• Electrical connection and certification
• Plumbing setup (where applicable)
• Foundation or base preparation

To ensure smooth and efficient delivery, please make sure:

• Access routes are clear and suitable for a HiAB or crane vehicle
• The ground area is level and prepared for placement
• Any overhead cables or obstructions are reported beforehand
